Hi.
Ive just updated suse 9.2 to 10. All my apps work fine, but carnt seem to get shake 4 working. Tried 3.5 and it works fine, so its not an OpenGL driver issue. I heard that it might have something to do with paths? I had to drop my shake 3.5 folder in nreal folder before it would work. Tried it with 4 and had no luck.

any ideas?

It is the opengl drivers. Just upgrade them to the newest nvidia ones.

This is how I have the paths setup for shake on linux:

/usr/nreal/
/usr/nreal/shake-v3.50.0308/
/usr/nreal/shake-v4.00.0607/
/usr/nreal/shake (softlink this to the current version of shake your using and have this in your $PATH file so you shell always sees the current version of shake your using)

I've installed SUSE 10 a week ago also. Maybe I've done smth wrong, but I had problems with 8178 nvidia driver. I've tried 7676 I used before and it works fine.

Thanks guys, working fine now. It was just a path issue.

Dan.
