Well, it looks good. Need to fix the web so that it supports the spider. Make the subjects sharper and keep the background out of focus.

I agree with JTD and Aldog...
I think the web need to be more regular (it's geometry!)and the spider's body work a little bit
Maybe an interaction between spider and his prisonner will allows intensity (drama)to your image...
