I started painting this in painter classic and went on to photoshop for compositing and some color adjustments
its very early on in the process... i hope that ill have the patience to finish it ;)

Im very new in this 2d business... maybe you could give me some
advice?

Thanks!

uhum, it need work, definitlly a lot of work. Can I be harsh? the only thing I do like are the hair, and the overall coloristics, those are the things that you should leave alone :), but the picture looks like it was drawn in like 5 minutes [more or less] The tonal levels are lacking some nice gradiential slope. I'm not a 2d artist so there's not much more I could say. WORK WORK WORK. Greetz

hehe
its very okay to be harsh!
however, i knew it needed more work, i even said it :)

it did NOT take 5 minutes :) more like an hour without the bg(that will be replaced further on)

i was hoping for some 2d artist, that knew what to do at this stage, to tell me just what to do.

as for the "bad gradiental slopes" its part of my style ;)
maybe my style will change in an almost present future...

How about facial proportions and so on?

Thanks so far!

looks good! and i like the contrast you've used in the image, makes it look sort of "spooky" almost, keep it up and finish this baby! :) *peace*

ps. [in swedish] du har en väldigt skön stil när du målar 2d!! :)
