I was wondering if there is anyway to delete something from a shape, drop it into hypernurbs and not have it round of part of the object?? I do like the front of the tram when it is in hypernurbs, but the windows are supposed to be straight not rounded off

And yes, I did make a copy of just the main body of the tram, and connected to the front hypernurbs but then when you render, the body doesn't look like it belongs.

Like thirdeye said,if you have R8 you can use the new weighting tools,
or if you're still using R7 you can see if you can find a copy of supernurbs to purchase (hisoft maybe?)
or you might try to insert edges at the ends of all the pieces that need to have sharp edges.
(I suck at explaining stuff...heh)
