View Full Version : Key to repeat previous command
MagnumCort 03-14-2006, 02:36 PM Greetings. I'm new to Modo, but experieced in Maya. How can I repeat the previous tool/command without always having to go up to a tool bar/menu. Default keys in Maya are 'g' and 'y'. Similar key(s) in Modo?
Thanks

Works great. Thanks a lot! :)
I use shift+LMB click to repeat last command :)
I still need a repeat last command ;)
The problem with Shift + LMB is it doesnt work with all commands, i do alot of "Join Average" somethings. We need a hotkey that repeats the last fired command regardless of tool. A script might be possible.

"join averaged" is not considered by Modo , to be a "tool " , for this types of commands a hotkey assignement or a script( as you said before ) is more indicated

Sorry!
Shift+LMB works only for "tools"
For "commands" you need a hotkey ass. ( :) ) , and for "primitives" you can use a RMB click to repeat last

After you use that tool go to the tool pipe and right click on it and assign it a hot key I use alt J.
You should see the command vert.join [1] in the command window when you clcik on the join vert in the tool pipe.
