Well, I have a couple things to say about this, so I hope that I can help. You're understanding individual muscle structure, but not quite the overall shape of the model. The muscles are there, but the body still looks like a box. What it looks like you did was box modelling, but with a dense box to start with, so there may have been too many vertices to pull around. That is just a guess, but if that is the case then what you can do is start with a simple box, maybe just 2x3x4 or something like that, and get the rough shape of the model before you go in and carve out the details.

thank you, I understand, the idea was for game model, but instead of low poly, I thrilled myself and I ended up doing in high-poly, as you can see the mesh is smoothed. The original is for low poly.. and is not texturized .I will stop this model now to do things that needs more and urgent attention, but I'll complete this modelling in a near future, thanks for the comments and the critics :)
