****WARNING**** This resets ALL settings to default. Color settings, tool options, etc..
It's the same as PS CS, on startup press CTRL+SHIFT+ALT for PC or COMMAND+OPTION+SHIFT for Mac. This is the only way I know of, I don't know of a way to just reset tools.
