Hi!
Im a student in college just about to be finishing up my last year in an animation program. Ive become very interested in getting into video game Visual Effects (particles, volumetrics, hard/soft body dynamics).
My question is what is a good way to structure my demo reel? I dont have any composited scenes to put my stuff into, and I dont have nearly enough time to start making specific sets/props for each effect.
Also does anyone know of any really great fx reels that they can point me to? I really want to see how other artists structured their reels (and get an idea of where my work stands). Animation/modeling is everywhere, but finding decent fx stuff is really tough.
Thanks for all the help!
