Hi guys,

i need some help in simulate a fluid going to fill a complex piping sistem. Any suggestion how to perform the simulation (particles or faking the fillment with a growing tube)?
I've tried some different option but none seems good at pipe splits

Thanks in advance, Luxo

Real flow would be the tool to use...If your budget doesnt go that far. Just place lots of fluid emitters at the various junctions and key the FluidOp emission .This would make it look like the fluid has gone down another pipe.

As "lame" as it sounds I've seen some very nice fluid similation (given the price-FREE) done with blender that you should be able to import back into XSI (as it seems to use an adaptive mesh like realflow). You might want to look into it.
