the charming old farmer
originally it was gonna be for the 3dluvr contest but i remembered that cgtalk is just so much more fun and that i have already pledged allegiance to the mother country, (which happens to be cgtalk.com)
where is the salute smiley face???

To be more specific the bump map is pretty bad. It's too strong and sharp, not very natural looking. The modeling is good and he does look charming :) Good job

i take it bob is some sort of a cyber farmer, otherwise he'd have a good tan, which he doesn't appear to have at current state, or he's just lacking some blood in his face! also, that bump map is a bit tooo harsh..maybe introduce a displace map for better results, or do something else to it...otherwise its good modelling, better tahn i can do! keep it up!

It is looking pretty good.
I would consider modeling those wrinkles, or at least some of the larger ones....

looks like bob is up to his old tricks again..
i will model wrinkles and fix up the texturing lata on, after i finish my current project :):)
