Good start, the lighting is nice, improve your texturing ;) ("Eulogy"? ;) :scream: :D )

To be more specific the bump map is pretty bad. It's too strong and sharp, not very natural looking. The modeling is good and he does look charming :) Good job

i take it bob is some sort of a cyber farmer, otherwise he'd have a good tan, which he doesn't appear to have at current state, or he's just lacking some blood in his face! also, that bump map is a bit tooo harsh..maybe introduce a displace map for better results, or do something else to it...otherwise its good modelling, better tahn i can do! keep it up!

It is looking pretty good.

I would consider modeling those wrinkles, or at least some of the larger ones....
