I've got some questions regarding the optimal settings for smooth operation:
1. When I apply smooth proxy (option box), what kind of subdivision method it's better to apply: exponential or linear? (I've got to model a robot that has both round and sharp parts)
2. If is better exponential, what are the optimal options I shoud put ??

3. If is better linear, what are the optimal options I shoud put ??

I used exponential subdivision method with a 2 and 3 subdivion levels.
a) With the subdivision level set to 2 the result was satisfactory and performance very good.
b) With the subdivision level set to 3 the result was above good :D and performance still very good.*
*The whole model isn't finish yet and I'm afraid that if I use level 3, in the end my computer performance will be low, but I don't now exactly . If you have the experience and the knowledge :D, please give some tips!
