Hi, I just wanted to give a quick comment on the head models. I think the eyes are a tad high. I might be wrong, but shouldnt they be about center of the head? This is assuming you're going for a more realistic look.

Cool idea with the random sports team, Id like to see more when you finish up.

The field texture could have more detail.
In the head the eyes are high and on the bottom of the eye you have that under tuck. Im pretty sure(not a 100%) that it should blend more instead of being so rigid like the top of the eye skin.
The second guy head looks too elongated. I dont know if this is suppose to be like a cartoon style but the chin seems a little too wide.

The image plane for the background its not a big deal but there needs to be more clouds its too small of a pic that is strecthed.

Finally on the very last pic the shadow res in your lights attribute needs to be bumped up to like 1024. The shadow edges are too rigid. But other than that good job and keep it up.

thanks for the comments.
actually, the lighting is still left. this was just some quick stuff to show the actual architecture of da stadium.
And in this reel I'm gonna focus more on animation rather than model details.
