View Full Version : Alpha images...help!!!
I downloaded some shaders for C4D and I came across a texture of a tree, but its an alpha type.(its a primitive plane with a pic of a tree) when I render it ,it comes out perfect but the shadow is that of the plane(primitive.) How can I make it cast the shadow of the tree instead of the primitive plane? thanx in advance.:hmm:

Do you have the texture in the Alpha channel as well as the color channel? Do you have transparent shadows turned on for your light(s)?
