Lov the concept, the mood of the image is really great. You should try to recreate the paintly feel you have in 3D.

nice texture.
I'm not sure for the posture of this animal:
maybe more dynamic (a little) like that:

The texture work is very impressive!

I don't know about the little monk's eyes though. They look bug-eyed. They probably won't show in the final image so you probably needn't worry.

Nice textures on your models, well done... are you going to show monk's face at all, would be nice if you can show some expression from his face... if you do, the eyes needs some re-works.:) cheers

WOW! This was done in 3d? I do have a tiny crit about the horse and woman. They seem to be in a side view which dampens some of the dynamic aspects of work.

Absolutely wonderful! You've been gone for a while and you now come up with this? Truly incredible!

I do think that you should have posted some more wip's so that we can see your workflow.

One quick question. Did you model the folds on the woman or did you use a cloth simulation?

hey man, amazing work looking really detailed and shape. I like the touch on the lighting on the character, i think a deaper atmosphere would even do better to pop the charcter out of the background (at least pop the donkey out a little bit :)). Lookings like it's gonna be a great final image, keep it up:thumbsup:

A very luscious image and great atmosphere.

I'm not sure about the light beam though. It looks like it cuts the picture without adding much to the composition and drawing the eye to an odd point at the top.

Looks great man!.

I also think some wips of the modeling would be cool to see and how you made the environment and stuff but other than that it is really good.

The horse kinda disappears in there, at first sight it's not clear what the girl is sitting at. A rim light or brighter color of the horse would fix that.

Fantastic ...one of my favorit

Good composition, great atmosphere, great effect and material, expecially I like the dirty water and tyhe big tree in the background, but all the material looks real.
The only thing that I don't like so mutch is the glow effect on the little eyes, execially on the right side of theimage, but is a little thing.

Really Fantastic

good luck

Ypes,

Flipping through the Final Entries, this scene demands grave respect and possesses a commanding presence.

Monumental, to say the least.

Please take whatever free time you have in the aftermath of the challenge to produce a more thorough process log (with screenshots and descriptions particularly of the lighting, texturing, and rigging process).

You seem to have set the standard here for beautiful rendering. Congratulations and thank you for sharing. :applause:
