hi, this is my first post so i hope it's helpfull.

i added a compress, contrastluminace and a brightness node en started playing with it which gave me some nice results to start with but to make it complete i needed to do some rotoscoping on the boats, bouys and shore. i hope this helped you out a bit. good luck.
