CGTalk - Paint FX reflections?

Is it possible to get Maya Paint FX to show up in a reflecion? For example, trees on a NURBS shoreline showing in the reflection of the lake nearby?

I'm guessing it isn't possible, since Paint FX get layered on top after the render, but I thought I'd ask anyhow.

I'm using Maya 4.5

if it is not too close you could either fake the reflection in 2d or yuo render the pain defects first and then map the render to a plane to get the reflections render..
