Hello,
I have a potential project that I'm bidding on, one of the elements requested is a 3D rendering of a house. There is some detailed stonework. it's about 14000 sq ft. The client wants both the interior and exterior modelled. I don't have the following information yet:
How many rooms, blueprints, pictures, etc. I do know they want pretty close to photo-realistic and all of the rooms furnished. I need pricing for both a still and an animated fly-through. I think this is a bit out of their range as far as pricing goes but if not I'll award to the best architectural 3D artist with reasonable pricing. I'll also request the model as a LWO or OBJ, with textures as it is part of a larger presentation.
You can send quotes on pricing and timeline to info@eyeanimate.com. I would prefer a freelancer to a company, and someone in the continental US rather than abroad. Lightwave artist is prefered but as long as the final model can be delivered as an LWO or OBJ, that is negotiable.
