I am systems administrator at a design company. We have these tablets but I am no artist so I dont know how they work. The issue has been the cursor will randomly jump to another point in the screen. Doenst happen too often but it does happen.
I replaced the mouse (on the third mouse) the first mouse did have issues the second mouse is working fine on my pc but didnt on his. Now the third mouse still has issues brand new so it isnt a mouse issue. I reinstalled drivers so it isnt a pc issue.
My belief is that it may be the tablet but without knowledge of how they work I am not certain. Does anyone know of this occurance?
I am not sure if it happens only when using the mouse or with the pen as well As typing this I just thought of it. I will ask once he gets back from lunch but the question still stands.
