Hello,


I have created several textlayers in cb3 and now i would like to animated them all
together using variation (rotation,kerning,basline,ect)

How do you do this? i have tried grouping them :-(

If I understand you right, nest them into a composite or create a null object and set that as parent for the text layers. For random animation try the expression browser. There are some functions like wave etc.
