One thing I notice about character modelling for gaming is that character and function walk hand in hand. Your character seems to have clean mesh throughout but whats lacking is a sense of use to him. If you were more precise in specifying who this character his it would help us help you with what you are trying to accomplish.

The mesh is prtty clean although couple things I noticed were slightly wrong.

On the side view the arm has a strange bend, sort of like rubber hose animation arms :D, maybe you could bulk it out a bit.

Also the nose is a bit triangular if you know what I mean, there should be a bit more definition where the nostrils come out form the tip of the nose.

Keep updating :) Are you planning on giving him a texture?

I think you'll find that his arms are a little too short, the hand should reach to about half way down the thigh. Also the side view of the arm looks very odd, it almost looks as if he has two elbows. :)

There isn't much point modeling the nostrils either as you're unlikely to get that close in game. And if you did, you'd probably be using a much more detailed model to start with.

Other than that, the modeling is pretty clean which gives you a good base to work from. However you've used 3324 triangles, but i'd expect more detail in the head.
