Hi guys how would one do this i wont to have numbers morph in to laters, how would i aproche this, is there a tutorial out there on this.

By morph I assume you mean like "melt" or "transform" - I think that you could change the numbers into shapes either in AE or Illustrator and use the mask/transform tool (not easy).

You could have Illustrator create the morph as well using the blend tool.
