Hes way to smooth, and the bg really detracts from the charecter, put 'em in a scene.

Very nice, but the edge of the thing on his head seems to look a lil "clipped" to me.
Is he supposed to be evil ? The red in his eyes is giving him quite a vicious look :surprised

FLOw: I'm going to use different teeth in the animation, so that his expressions can look even more varied (different), but i'm not sure if it will work, only time will tell.

Glitchwolf: If I put him in a scene, it will detract even more from the character, and I think the bg looks good on him.

M.Rogne: I'm using shag fur. And the torus the fur is attached to is both a little selfilluminated, and transparent, otherwise it look very bad. The fur allso looks transparent though it isn't, very wierd. But won't come this close to him in the animation.
yes he looks a bit angry, but he is actually just a nice guy, in the christmas mood. And nothing is going the way he wants it. A bit like donald duck, if you know what I mean. He's just having a bad bad day :D
