View Full Version : Have a problem when importing .obj's..

After using auto unwrap in modo, when I import it into maya, the poly's are cut all over in the uv editor, so when I go to layout uv's, pieces go all over the place. Anyone know why this is happening?

hmmm, not sure, but try to un-weld your model vertices before you export it!

take a screen shoot of the UVs in maya, and post it.
