Animal Logic is recognised as Australia’s leading digital effects and animation studio and is counted amongst the top 10 visual effects companies in the world. We are currently seeking Assembly Technical Directors to work on our CG feature Happy Feet (www.happyfeetmovie.com (http://www.happyfeetmovie.com/)).
Candidates with the following experience are encouraged to apply:
· 2 + years experience in a production environment (film, TV, TVC, commercials or games) using Maya
· Previous FX animation experience
· Knowledge of Renderman
· Experience with scripting
· A technical education or background
· Strong aesthetic skills and visual aptitude
The following is required of all candidates:
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines
Ability to work within a strong team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve.
