I ll put up exact counts when they are finished textures will be 512X512 one map each.
All crits welcome. :bounce:

they look cool, i would that the look of the nightwing model is very Incredibleish, keep it like that a nice subtle (really subtle) texturte job will look good with this, no added detail, perhaps some slight shading to bring out the muscles but otherwise keep it simple Graphic styly it looks the proverbial.
yo anto there kick ass, dam u...love nightwing and supermans lookn way kool, keep up the kick ass work

Heres Supes guys. I went a bit different with this one. I modelled the animated version but textured him as the alex ross version from kingdom come. Hope you like.
The texture is 512X512 and the model comes in at 4448 triangles. The aim was 5000.
Chances are I ll mess with the textures a bit more to refine them before rigging but should not change too much.

Cheers on the replies guys.
Dpizzle- Saw the sinestro model very cool. I m only new to that character from Justice (great book all should see). Yeah they should fight, rigging first though.
Shepeiro- thanks, I ve pretty much just used the warner brothers animated style from the
series. I m a big fan.
Aob and Pnoodles - thanks
Dude, dats 1 class alex ross Superman. Ur getn way better with every model dude.. kick ass. keep up the cool work man.

i would consider giving the model a little subtle(V) lighting in the texture. perhaps by baking out some GI and overlaying that in PS, just to give it a bit more umph, as it looks fantastic iwhen lit, but most engines wouldnt look as good.
i was looking at the max views and they are a little bland. try adding some coloured spot lighting and showing us a realtime shot of that maybe its cool as it is otherwise consider above option.

Cheers for the replies guys,
AOB: Thanks Al hope to see some of your work appearing soon
Shepeiro: Yeah I m looking at trying something with the texture to give it something. I was trying to stick to the animated syle as much as possible hence the blandness. I will try something though and re post.
Psyko: Thanks, I ve already looked at ink and paint on other models previously so I m staying away on this one. May try a quick test as the maps are just flat colours easy to put across.
Badbruzer: How are you keeping?! I m good beginning to work a little hard.
Gordon83: Dont worry animation will happen on all my models, I have a bit of a back log.( Has anyone found that instant rig and skin modifier in max yet !? :curious: )
