Still a WIP, but here is what I have so far on my third animation reel piece. The animations for him are done, as are the normal maps, just have to do diffuse and spec now. Hopefully by the end of this weekend.

So far I think its good, the textures are working and deforming quite nicely, and the model is cool too. It would be nice to se some more colours though. It is kind of looking a little on the bland side. Why not brighten it up with some colourful feathers?

the diffuse hasnt even been touched yet. I'm just using solid colors so you can see the difference between the armor and the bird. The normal maps are all that is done. Still need to do specular and diffuse.
