Hello

Do you know any free software to do compositing ?
I am totally broke and I do not want to use piracy copies. ( if somebody tells me "go find a job !" I beat him ;) )

I did search on the web but I only find a few little programs to convert and so on, but no compositing... :( I hope it does exist.

Obviously, I guess it will not be as great as AfterEffect and this kind of softwares... but I do not have the choice. Too bad for effects and so on, I just need it to absolutely manage transparency pictures (I am used to work with 32bit TGA but I can do something else) and show the wav file graph (in order for me to put properly my drawing according to the music).

Thanks

Seems lacking in many areas, but it may fit the bill depending on your needs. If it had OpenEXR support, I would have given it a better testing regiment.

Thank you very much, I am downloading it to try. I hope it does work properly with Windows2000 because I do not use Linux.

If somebody else has another free software to tell me about, please do so.
