Hi,

Hoping that this thread will become very useful to new recruits of the industry and max users in general.

Artists, please post the scripts you use day to day while working with max and few you cant live without. Please add a bit of description as to what your script can do and how you use it best. You dont necessarily need to post any links to the scripts you use, only a description of its importance and use will be the motivation to freshers and everyone else who can see its potential. Ofcourse it would be great if your own scripts and links to your scripts are made available for others.

Please do not post any in-house scripts and provide description only.

Looking forward to a great and useful thread many would liket o hang around in free time :)

Yes i was aware of the maxscript threads but wondered if this could become something specific for scripts used by game artists and would highlight the issues and problems they come accross and the scripts they use to solve it effectively.

I'm still lookin for a post-placement-batch-vertex-to-gridsnap script :/

As for tools. Chugnuts UV tools are what make the UVeditor sensible again.
