Tibor, looking good! I like the sketch you have going ... great choice of colors. I particularly like the shapes of the ships and the angle you chose for the scene. The large character in the front definitely helps establish the sense of depth but i think it would be nice to see more of him, maybe just from the waist up by extending the canvas height? Youre off to a great start, nice job! :thumbsup: - J

Just beautiful work, Tibor! Grandiose and impressive, and a wonderful palette. It's not totally clear that it's the beginning of the journey: They're at a planet so it could be the start or finish of a trip... but i have no ideas on how you'd make that more clear. Anyhow, lovely work, as usual. :)

wow! wonderful design and color, but i agree with walrus: it's not exactly the feeling of a journey beginning..I think that the first sketch is fitting more the journey theme than the last one.

I think also that the camera inside the control room is cool, but also umm.."restrictive", that it's not the best to tell this kind of story

well this is only my opinion (and i have the same problem), hope to help someway :)

Wonderful "mech" designs, the look more like ornate armor that the traditional joints and robotocs. They remind me too a lot of Final Fantasy, especially Amono's work. Very nice! Looking forward to seeing how you protray a Journey beginning with this mech.

Here is my backround concept for new idea, I want create more classical scene with modern aspects. I have idea with family and friends saiing good bye to main character, which will be warrior, soldier, ... He will be siting on creature or be in robot.

OK, here is the line art, very simply in resolution about 1500x1100. Is it small? Yes, it is, but I must start with small because my PC is very bad :) In coloring proces will be resolution increase, and I hope it will finshed somewhere about 4000x2500. But it will be hard way, haha :)

I think I liked the first composition with the mechs better. It felt like there was more movement. However, I do think that this feels more like a "Journey" so my bias on action is not appropriate here. Keep going with this!

FIDUCIOSE: Thanks I glad you like it, but now I decide that I will be work on first idea. This one is good too, but I haven´t time on it, there is many deatails and things that I never paitned before. And there is still problem withcharacters expressions, becuse they are small. But In first idea is everything what this theme need and sci-fi atmosphere is much better for me. :D

I starting working on first idea (idea 01), with soldiers and ships. I think that this image will be much better. Idea with robots is good too, but it missed charismatic chracters.
