I'm trying to undertand the file in the tiutle and have the following question...

The scene has only a seemingly unnamed force - if I select it, there is no panel as the documents show, only a "create" panel. Meaning, there has yet been no force created, right? But the scene is obviously working with a force (looks like gravity).

Anybody able to clue me in on this?

Did you click the purple blob beside ' Force ' to expand the motiondynamics block ? :)
