hey im just ressurecting a character idid for a cgtalk comp a few months back, giving him some run loops for my soon to be online portfolio. Had a few probs converting to gifs, whats the fps of a gif, i rendered out at 30 but that was too slow so i deleted half the frames and now its alittle choppy. it aint the anim :D honest, tell me what you think anyways

The first thing that caught my attention about the animation is that the hand and leg from the same side moves together, where in a natural walkcycle the movement of the leg corresponds with movement of the hand on the opposite side.

i tried running and thinking about my running,,,,... nnnngr ... head explodes

i thought that running was same hand as foot....

no just tried it again your right... well an easy fix,

there are lots of animation tutorials and examples that can help, especially hand drawn profile views and the like.
