Nice portrait, beautiful eyes :) But you could 'upgrade' her hair.
I would get rid of the pattern brushes as a frame, but it's just me - I don't like all these ready shapes to past on the image. So don't care about it if you like them ;)
I paint hair with dry oils brushes (low opacity), I think it's easier this way. But I am not an expert, check out tutorials here at CGT and you'll find some nice ideas. This portrait tutorial by MayYeo (http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/9991800/) is great and describes how to draw hair with Painter (download to desktop). Photoshop hair tutorial by Linda Bergkvist available on CGT will be very good, too. Even you use Painter - some ideas are universal.

thank you sirielle for your post ,but i don't like any ready shapes for any paint
cause i test my self if i can paint my idea alone without any thing outside
hair in here in another layer " not in basic layer " i think this is make
difference .
