CGTalk - Texture swimming

I looking into purchasing Modo .. quick question. Does Modo have a feature simliar to XSIs texture swim where vertices can be edited without effecting the UVs.

the current 103 has no feature like that, AFAIK!.

Actually .. Im looking to use Modo to supplement Maya. Modo looks really nice Im just a little concerned with its UV tools. I just got the trail version and am about to have a play with it. Id like to hear from other users especially those who are using Maya. What are your thougts on Modo?
