These are the two birds that will be standing on a tree branch close to the camera. One idea for the bird that's just starting to take off is putting a baby in its mouth and changing it into a storke.

New Concept (no art yet)

Foreground:

On one side will be a tall wall covered in vines with Adam and Eve climbing over it holding an apple. On the other side will be some darwin eveolution scene... maybe a fish jumping out of the water with legs and arms. Monkeys and apes could be a part of this side too.

Background:

A desert with a pyramid next to a man hunting a buffalo/making fire next to a railroad being constructed next to a skyscraper being built next to a spaceship being launched... basically any accomplishment ever completed by humans could be in the background.

Concept:

The evolution of humans and our accomplishments.


There is obviously a lot going on in my mind on this one... I'll try and sketch it out in the coming hours. Maybe I'll have a stork flying overhead next to an airplane :P

The journey of human race and evolution. I like it! It's a wide concept, too much thinks (good and bad) can be put (polution, economy, technology, space conquest, war, cultures, knowledge, humanity).

Ok, so I spent some time thinking about this idea and I've finally come to a conclusion. It would be more powerful if I alluded to the things to come for mankind instead of litteraly having the pyramids and other accomplishments in the background. In place of all that I've decided on a barren wasteland with a massive storm overhead. The foreground will also be simplified to just being Adam and Eve eating apples given to them by a snake wrapped around an apple tree. They will be resting on top of a tall wall looking out at the wasteland. For contrast, their bodies will be lit with a bright light coming from inside the garden of eden and almost no light coming from the other side.

I'm working on the final concept sketch and I'll have it posted in a few days.

This is my final concept sketch.

Foreground:

Adam, Eve and the snake eating apples.

Background:

A massive storm with god's face appearing in the clouds.

The main contrast in the image will be the difference between light coming from inside the garden and the dim glow coming from the storm.
