First thing's first: when sketching outlines, don't use something like the camelhair brush, which produces more than one stroke at once. The image looks oversketched and "blurred" because of those edges.

Secondly, pay close attention to light sources; for example, the upper lip should be darker than the bottom lip.

Thirdly, study anatomy. Buy anatomy books and draw from them. Constantly. For about a year. *Then* try drawing from life. (I know this is supposed to be a caricature, but caricatures are drawings with enhanced, but realistic (and identifiable) features.

Fourth, you don't need to post such a high-res image if there are no fine details, or, in fact, any details at all.

if this is your style... awesome!!! if not, i would go with what logan said. personally I like it, it looks like an actual painting done in the post impressionism period (if art history serves me right)... keep it up and send me a version of painter 7 (j/k)

that's not bad man :) for your first painter 7 work! Keep it up! Maybe you could try doing your line work with the 2B pencil option next time :) i do like the way you colored the eyes and the teardrop. yeah... just watch out for your light source and detail it somemore! hohoho! :) add pimples! (j/k) :D and shadows in the ears and maybe even some hair and a bust to finish the picture off... it's disturbing to see a floating head :D
