I'm upgrading....

PROCESSOR:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+ / 2MB cache / 2000 MHz FSB / Socket 939 / Dual-Core / with fan.





MOTHERBOARD:

Asus A8N-SLI NVIDIA Socket 939 ATX Motherboard / Audio / PCI Express / Gigabit LAN / USB 2.0 & Firewire / Serial ATA / RAID / SLI.

What graphic card would be best for 3dsmax7. I do architectural models and renderings (some really BIG).

I'm thinking nVidia Quadro FX1400... but i was also thinking a nVidia 7800GTX (and SLI later on down the road).

any help would be appreciated.

There will be those who disagree but, I prefer the FX1400 for Max.
