Hey matwire ,
cool sketch !
What's the journey ?
Like to read about your thoughts on this , and i wish you loads of fun :bounce:
03-02-2006, 08:56 PM
I also didn't understand your concept of 'Journey'...
May be add some more explicit éléments...
03-02-2006, 09:00 PM
This doesn´t represent a journey... Try to make another sketch... Just a friendly advise! :wip:
03-03-2006, 08:13 AM
The journey is about a bug which is made surprised to eat in a frigot when a person opens it.
I think i don't understood the concept very well ?
03-03-2006, 10:55 AM
I think it's not in the subject but the draw is cool ;)
03-03-2006, 04:32 PM
Here I made a new sketch.
Here It's the first day of a little turtle luth.
Yes, this one is better :)
I like the angle and the lighting in the sketch
03-03-2006, 06:05 PM
I like your last sketch concept. I see you like "frozen" places as location. The lat one looks very nice and scary at the same time. That is a very dangerous journey.

Here some studies of environement of my scene.
Thank you has all for your answers.
03-07-2006, 04:36 PM
I like this, it free flowing and organic, and your zbrushing is superb. Its just trying to keep the seabed interesting with out it being overpowering in detail which would be the hard part I think. Not to mention the water’s surface and light refraction. Good work I’ll be back to check it out again in the future
03-07-2006, 05:04 PM
Ce serait pas mal une ambiance style la pub de Club Med :)
03-08-2006, 07:15 AM
Tes dessins sont vraiment bons ;)
You know what's so cool about underwater scenes
They are always breathtaking and there are so many ways to make the scene look interesting
Really nice plants!
That will hit the spot :)
Can't wait to see the finished scene
Good progress Mathieu

Here I remake the typology of my model using a color map which I've drawing my new wire.
03-21-2006, 10:02 AM
I rebuilt my model because I had some problems of displacement at the render time. I will make a bump map to finish details and do the color map after.
I hope you like this ;)
