View Full Version : Woman W.I.P
This what i spent last 3 nights for.
This is my first woman (i did one man and one centaur) and it is still in progress as you can see.
It supposed to be kind of a "Super woman" (the two halfs of the body not connected yet).
But before i continue, i need your advices. What should i improve.

Damn thats nice! The shoulders and arm's look great. What did you use for this? Is that poly or NURBS? Just curious. Nice work
Thanks!
It is done in XSI 3 with polygons.
Is there something i need to correct?

EXCELLENT! For a "Super Woman", everything looks fine to me. I would make her calves just an inch smaller. Other than that, I long for the day when I can do such work:thumbsup:

By the way with such realistic hands, you should really work a bit more on the body. Right now the shapes and forms are far too sharp and make her look more like a palstic action figure. Apply some gravity to the breasts, smooth out transitions between the muscle groups and so on. The mesh is good enough, you just have to keep pushing the points some more...
Edit: this female model from Steve Weber for example looks pretty nice and - at least for me - more pleasing:

i will defently work more on the body!

You've very good abilities in modeling and anatomie. But, in my view she is too muscled. Note the knee are not enough height.

Yes i know, thaks. I will fix it.
Don't forget that she is super woman (i reduced the muscles but only a bit).
I will show updates tomorrow I am going to sleep now!

A woman with such clearly defined muscles isn't unrealistic - all one has to do to get that look, is anabolic steroids, a punishing diet and regular workouts...
The problem is, as you lose fat in the butt, stomach and triceps, you lose fat out front too... so the breasts either stay small or sag.
So those breasts look... how do I put this... augmented, surgically. Not saying it's impossible, just expensive. I'm guessing she doesn't plan on breast feeding anybody...
:)
Other than that, well, very good 'comic latex underwear female super hero' look. You got it down pat! :p
Sory for not updating! I just didn't have time to work on her!
But today I have a little update!
A beginning of a head and some tweaks!

I know she's a super hero but she's got some huge taters strapped to her chest there! I'd tone them down just a bit but that's just me. I don't see why you should do something stereotypical unless you're trying to stay true to something specific.

make the chest a bit smaller, and make the butt have a bit more of a crack
