here are some of my snail's character.just found out that there is somebody doing an orc snail too (if im not mistaken), but mine is more to fairy-taled style ^_^

yeah, i found dat other ppl doin snails too after i sketch my snails on my paper, and u know what,my initial concept was almost similar to yours, like the perspective of the trees and the subject is a kid holding a jar of fireflies, but then changed it before i found out your work. If not im gonna change it again *sweat* ^^
anyway, ive seen your snail, u got a really fantastic textures there!
