CGTalk - RealFlow resources?

I am all new to realFlow, but after trying it out and looking at the net, I have not found any good beginner tutorials. Does anyone have some links to share?

Is this the right place to post RF questions?

try the digitaltutors free video tutorials. there is some realflow tuts there.

nextlimit.com has some good tutorials for basic realflow understanding, also the realflow integrated help
