Hi !
Working on my project I encountered a problem. I converted the polys to subdivs and I refined the look of the subdiv. In the end I had found a very ugly problem. Take a look at the images and tell me how can I remove that vertex (I was thinking on merge it with another, but I found that this operation is not alowed on subdivs vertices  ).
Do you know a way to resolv this problem without converting the subdivs to poly (because if I do so I'lll have to start all over again to refine the subdivs).

Looks like you have points that aren't together. Make sure they are not two points just sitting next to each other, but one point.

How do I remove this problem. Because I had done a half of the body using polys then I converted it to subdivs and refined it. After that I mirrored it and then a applied an attach operation to the 2 halfs. And that was the result. I don't know how to make to be just one point (vertex), not 2 sitting next to each other.

How do I solve the problem ???

when your in your scene, right mouse click on the sub-d object. This will pull up your sub object menu. in this menu you can selet polygon and this will pull up the polygon cage for your sub-d obect. In this mode you can use your poly modeling tools to try and get rid of the vert. when your done right mouse click the object again, select standard and it will go back to your sub-d object. good luck.

Before you mirror, make sure your edge has a straight axis. Otherwise, a point gets mirrored alongside itself. Smoothing reveals such points.

I have exactly the prolem that you refered at.
I tried to solve it by grabing the vertexes and using snap to grid I pull all the vertexes along the border to be exact where they have to be to obtain a perfect attachment between the 2 halfs. But there are 3 vertexes that just keep me screaming.:scream:
I don't know what to do. Can someone give me a tip ?!?
