Ok so now it's time to work.
The scene takes place in a desert. All the familly is living in a small house under the shadow of rare trees.
Today, it's time to leave the house for a long trip in order to bring back WATER.
The father was used with this dangerous trip. Frequently, he and his oldest son are going in the valley until they find a WATER spot. But today, the father is sick and the second son will help the older for the first time.
A Sketch soon...

Interssant concept. I think It can make something really great with a cool desert ambience.
Why not put a child on the camel (always with his hand with its mother one)

Sure authentic this may be a good idea.
I also think to put some stuff on the camel like cloth, wood and provision : the journey will be very long and they need lots of things...
Lets try with a more advanced concept :arteest: .

While i was searching an idea to give characters more personnality, I found this pic on the Web and think this might be interesting ...
I'll try to to model a character who is a mix between Beast and Human : a sort of small village in the middle of the esert with human-beast inhabitants (a little taste of NightBreed).
Hope you like it.
Wait for you comments or ideas.

Your latest character concept looks realy nice. But for some realism... that camel pulling that cart is gonna have a hardtime, thats why they pack all the stuff on the cammel itself. I would say lose the cart and put all there stuff on 1 or 2 camels. But offcourse it's up to you, your doing great.
