Hi everybody,
i`ve animated a character in maya 5. Walkcycle, etc. I`ve selected all keyable and created clips of the animation pieces in Trax Editor. Everything worked fine in Maya 5. When i opened the scene in Maya 7 everything still looked good in the viewport. Even when i did a playblast of the scene everything was as always. But when i did a batch render of the scene the whole character was out of shape with limbs moving around wildly, twisted geometry, etc. I tried importing the .anim data in Maya 7 and creating the clips there again manually - didn`t work. Even setting new keys and creating clips didn`t work. I´m pretty much sure it has something to do with the new channel offset feature in Maya 7. But i can`t find a solution on how to work around that problem.
Thank you for your help! Max
