hi friends i made this image in 3dsmax8 and rendered with vray. i just try to create like some object photography.

Really nice. Good detail too.

One thing that strikes me as odd is the pose. Most of the time pens are on their side. :)

I've made a pen or two in the past, and I generally try to render them out as if they were actually laying on the ground surface or some other object. It completes the illusion of reality pretty nicely.

Still, you've done a great job on this one. :)
