I am trying to reveal a 3d object using a simple greyscale movie in the alpha channel of the shader. However the object is donut shaped and the greyscale movie is a simple linear movement going left to right.
How can I ensure the greyscale movie orients correctly to the 3d shape?
At the moment the object is sweeping on from both directions in the x axis.
I am using Cinema4D v9.
