CGTalk - Active bodies sticking to rigid bodies

Hi I'm trying to an animation of a blood vessel. The blood cells I have as active rigid body and the cell wall as an rigid body. The cells sometimes bounce off and go down the pipe but most of the time they stick to the sides going no where. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks
