I have 6 years CG animation experience about motion picture,TV series, and game movie.The demo is collect some of my works , and I'm editing a new version demo, It will appear soon.

Well your 6 years of experience really show you have some nice stuff in there. One suggestion is cut your worst stuff, this reel is really long and you have a couple bad shots that you could really get rid of. I think you also want to highlight your animation skills and some of these shots don't do that well.

- Some of your shots are really dark and I can't see the actual animation.
- You have some really fast cuts that are a bit jarring.
- Some sort of sound/appropriate music wouldn't hurt.

Best Shots
- I really like that cartoony army attacking the castle, it was funny and very nice to watch and look for all the different things going on.
- Your dinosaurs are great along, they walk well and fluid. The jumping fish is nice.
- The samurai riding the horses is pretty good too.

Worst Shots
- The first shot where we are following the fairy, to me she just looks like a sparkly blur and I cant see the animation at all thanks to all that hair and distance from the camera
- The scene with the girl running down the dark hallway, well it's too dark I can't see what looks like good animation. Also when she gets to the room with all the gold there are some problems with her hands breaking through the box and some weird twinning on entrance.
- The guy with the red hair doing the box lift need some work but you could really just dump it.
- The last shot with the two guys getting cutin half kinda draws on too long.

Overall you have some great stuff but you really need to start chopping, also it would be really nice to know what you did for each shot or if you did everything.

your suggestion is so nice,This is the first time I edit my own demo reel and put it in net.I want show my different works as more as possible.
all of these shots is product by myself.and some movie shot is the projects of my company, .so I just cut and collect the shots what i did and put them in this demo reel.
