Thanks,
Here is another angle, a bit of the cockpit showing. Deadline is monday, so it should be finished soon :)

Hi, nice modeling..if you don't use a bump or normal , you can use al least a specular map...it will look better

Really nice model and a great job on the texturing, but for the sake of being picky, the yellow fins on the engine seem to taper at the base when in fact the edges should be parallel all the way down.

Why didn't I have such a nice reference when I was making it
Can't fix anything about the side flaps anymore at this stage, to far in, sorry :/
I'm making a bumpmap/specular map at the moment for it, and tonight i'm gonna texture the pilot.

Hey man, top notch work as per usual :)
Pretty stunning for a 1500k model. Great texturing, but I've come to expect that from your work.
I think Anakin is looking a little pale, though.

Looks beautiful, and although it's kind of splitting hairs, it doesn't look much like Anakin's podracer. The pod itself is pretty close but the engines look completely different. Doesn't change the fact that it's very nice, but if your objective was veracity you might have more work ahead of you :D

Thanks everyone
ArchangelTalon yes, he does look pale, i will fix it on the next update, i made him les spale real fast on the render in photoshop (the hands anyway), but i'll update the texture later today, and re-render it.
TychoCelchuuu yea, the engine are way off, I know, but I have very little time to go into detail with this texture, it was a quick "lets model something again" thingy. I've been making a map for our modification for the past two months, I wanted to do something small and fast in between, 2 months mapping made me insane :) So this little challenge looked like the perfect thing to participate in. Plus I searched for over 30 minutes on google for podracers, and all I could find were toy podracers... :/ So maybe thats why mine looks a bit like a toy.
Here is the latest render of it, still to fix are:
- Skin anakin
- Window
I'm also think of making a quick environment for it, maybe try a smoke trail behind the engines, some dust blowing up beneeth it. Since I never really did those things, a good time to learn it :)
*updated*
If you see anything, C&C please, my last day to fix it !

Gonna make an environment for it aswell, to learn more about effects and stuff.
I'll post something when it's worth showing.
