Attach Image to WIP?

how do you get an image in the post without the attatchment? so you can see it without cliking a link?

YOU CAN HOST AN image at imagehack and then press the button over.. here, were i´m writing right now, and copy the link to youre hostet image. the button has a picture of a mountain or something;)
