Has anyone purchased the MEL Fundamentals Courseware from aliaswavefront and found that it is worth the $300 pricetag?
Also how are the dvds from alias?

its an OK book... but a complete ripoff at US$ 300...
check out..
-Complete Maya Programming: An Extensive Guide to MEL and the C++ API
and
-MEL Scripting for Maya Animators
on amazon. They are not A|W so priced like a normal book ;)
don't know if they are any good though....
